This screen shows a list of completed and scheduled flights. The flights completed will have a value for
FTim which is the recorded time of the flight. Scheduled flights will have the time of the appointment.
The three buttons on the bottom will select a New flight, the Student list page, or the aircragft list page
respectively from left to right. Clicking on an entry in the list will take you to the flight info page which
is shown next.
Flight Info
This page provides details on the flight entries. The toggle buttons on the top right corner flip between
scheduled and completed options for this flight entry. The other controls should be self explanatory, except the
"Log" checkbox which can be checked to indicate if this flight has been recorded in a permanent log. The IFee
entry is the Instructional fee charged to the student. The four buttons in the lower left are "standard"
throughout this application. The "<" shows the previous record. "N" creates a new data
record. "D" deletes the current record, and ">" moves to the next record. The other buttons
provide additional screen details about the flights. The Times screen is shown next.
Flight Time Breakdown
This screen is used to provide details on the type of flight time that applies to the flight. I-Sim and I-Act
are Instrument Simulated and Instrument Actual.
Maneuvers
There are six seperate pages similair to this, accesable from the tab menu depicted at the top of this page.
Each of the tabs contains a list of manuevers that apply to that realm of flight training with a corresponding
checkbox. This can be used to record details about past student training.
Student Info
This page is the primary data page for student records. The Ref button brings up an additional page for notes
about the student.
Aircraft Info
This screen is used to create records of aircraft that are regularly flown. Details about equipment on that
aircraft can be maintained for reference at a later time, or during scheduling.
Flight Schedule
This page is used to schedule upcoming flights. A student, aircraft and time of the lesson can be recorrded,
along with a notes area for recording itmes to do on this flight.
